Leading Picatic to an exit with Eventbrite was a monumental journey of resilience and relentless drive. The road was filled with challenges, breakthroughs, and doubt, but the rewards were immense. Being an Expert in Residence at Co.Labs has been exhilarating. Collaborating with some of Saskatchewan’s sharpest minds and disruptive innovators, I help founders scale, tackle challenges, and achieve breakthroughs. Watching them rise and hit milestones is incredibly rewarding—those wins are my wins, fueling my commitment to mentoring the next wave of game-changers.

I’ve built companies from the ground up—creating teams, gaining traction, and executing through every high and low. From product development to exits, I’ve lived it all. I mentor at OPUS, the University of Saskatchewan’s pre-accelerator, helping students, faculty, and staff turn bold ideas into global ventures. I guide founders from academia to real-world impact, breaking barriers, scaling innovations, and driving commercialization. Watching these founders evolve and take their ideas to the world is incredibly rewarding.

I advise Frontier to elevate Vancouver’s tech ecosystem on the global stage. I help drive investment, infrastructure growth, and talent attraction for early-stage companies. By leveraging my experience in scaling ventures and navigating top accelerators, I support Fronter’s mission to position Vancouver as a world-class hub for innovation and entrepreneurship.

I’ve spoken, lectured, and sat on panels hundreds of times—on TV, podcasts, radio, and live stages—sharing insights on startups, scaling, and strategy. All with one goal: to share, empower, and help founders build, grow, and win.

I was featured in Day Job, a documentary following the intense journey of five teams in Toronto’s Extreme Startups Accelerator—one of Canada’s first. The experience was a high-energy, fast-paced grind, surrounded by driven founders and the raw challenges of scaling a startup. It was a thrilling ride that showcased the grit and determination needed to turn ideas into reality.

I was personally invited to join IntroApp, an exclusive platform where users can book the world’s leading experts for live video consultations. As one of their select experts, I’ve had the privilege of advising founders across the globe, helping them navigate their toughest challenges and scale their startups.
